Encryption what?

Medium I have intercepted a private conversation between the CTF Organizers, but it seems unreadable? I heard something about "47 + 92 = Flag", I wonder what that means...

In the description it says "I heard something about "47 + 92 = Flag"" which leads me to believe that it is encoded in ROT47 and Base92.
